 Summary: In Rufus' eyes, society needs spontaneity, fun, and idols without sticks up their asses. He respects that security is needed, just like the army itself, but he firmly holds his ground against the life getting sucked out of people just so their bodies can keep walking.
Next to his policies on refusing to obey “corrupt” rules, Rufus lives most of his life impulsively. He drinks, smokes, and parties until two in the morning instead of worrying about school. He’s also got quite the ego and enjoys flaunting himself like a skinny peacock. But he isn’t rash about all matters of life. In fact, he can sometimes take a philosophical and thoughtful stand on certain things, like issues regarding his family and friends. Rufus also has too strong of a conscience to even lie, let alone kill. His strong conscience also prevents him from holding a lot of grudges, if any, and often makes him quick to forgive others.
 Friends: Rufus is very much the kid who skips across from clique to clique. He tends to attempt friendship with anyone unless they get on his nerves before hand. But whether your shy, outgoing, psycho, or depressed, Rufus won't censor his own personality. That crazy and eccentric behavior is there to stay.
Enemies: While Rufus is all for people expressing themselves, he absolutely loathes those who are cruel only to build themselves up. Breaking rules is for the purpose of not only your own happiness but for that of others. As a conveyor of this message, Rufus becomes livid when people hurt one another just to please themselves. In his eyes only selfish people act in such a way. Being the outgoing individual he is, Rufus is not afraid to confront people like these. However he seldom launches in with fists swinging unless he is really provoked to do so. But if you mess with any of his family... God help you.
 Romances: Rufus has had a few one night stands in his past - even kissed a guy or two just for the experience - most of which have manifested from parties. He's all for going off the heat of the moment, but he's not entirely opposed to devoted relationships either. Rufus just hasn't met the right girl yet. If the need strikes Rufus to look for a significant other, he may search for similar qualities that he has in friends, and the ideal girlfriend may actually start out as friend before they launch into a more romantic relationship. But, Rufus' relationships are often spontaneous, and even a one night stand could escalate to something bigger.

Lani&&Rufus:
I think Lani would quite like Rufus. Lani would like his rebelliousness, and want to know a bit more about it seeing as it isn't just for hecks like most people who rebel. I think Lani would have her eye on him at the very least, and after a little while she will go up and confront him if she ever bothers to act on it (she doesn't plot and scheme like a lot of girls who have a crush on someone), and if he doesn't react the way she wants him to, she won't care to much and they could still be friends.

I kinda like her, and I think Ruf would like her too.. though he pretty much puts up with everyone. Plus, I think he'd probably help make up for her desire for a family. He's naturally a cuddler, and a very empathetic person. Just have to work out how they would meet...

Alex & Ruf
Well, seeing as both of these guys are willing to be friends with virtually anyone, I can see these two getting along easily. Although Alex is a rule follower and has a perfectly clean record, I think it would be interesting to see how far Ruf can get Alex out of her comfort zone. Oh! Maybe Ruf can invite Alex to one of his parties on the pretense that it's a "study party" or something like that to get Alex to go, and then it turns out to be one of his crazy parties with alcohol and stuff, and Ruf being Ruf can work some magic and get Alex to drink and get drunk for the first time XD I feel like we could get a lot of funny threads with these guys. Let me know what you're thinking!
Jackie & Ruf
Surprisingly I think Jackie would really like being around Rufus since he's such a chill guy. She'd probably go to his parties too, and probably get into fights sometimes with other people and get herself kicked out haha. I can't really think of a whole lot for these two right now, so let me know if you have any ideas!

Rufus & Alex
I like the idea of Rufus getting Alex to go to one of his parties, though keep in mind that the kid can't lie... like ever. So he wouldn't be able to directly lie to her. BUT! If she asked if it was a study party, then he could tell her that she "may study if she wants to" which does not technically mean that it isn't a party. She could study... just not very well. So not a lie. And there is also the date thread for Alex, Ruf, and Ryder that we can eventually play out. XD Should be fun.
Rufus & Jackie
I don't have much for these two either, 'cept that they could get along. I'm also not sure how Ruf handles fighting at his parties. He'd more or less be the kind to put said individuals in timeout.. literally, he'd send them to opposite corners of the room. If the fights got really bad then he'd kick them out.
