YOU SEE, MAEVE WAS BORN IN ENGLAND, AND COMES FROM A WEALTHY FAMILY, BUT WHEN HER POWERS STARTED TO SHOW UP, HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HER FAMILY (NAMELY, HER GRANDPARENTS), GOT A BIT STRAINED. SHE DID SOME DIGGING AND FOUND OUT ABOUT SILAS, AND DIDN'T THINK TWICE ABOUT LEAVING HER LIFE BEHIND TO LEARN MORE. HER MOTHER HELPED HER OUT WITH THIS, BUT HER GRANDPARENTS WEREN'T SO HAPPY, SO NOW SHE'S KIND OF OUTSIDE THE FAMILY. SHE MISSES THEM A BIT, BUT SHE STILL KEEPS IN TOUCH WITH HER MOTHER, AND EVEN GOES TO VISIT FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT MOSTLY, IT'S HER MOTHER WHO COMES TO SEE HER. I ALREADY SAID SHE'S A LIGHT MANIPULATOR, MEANING SHE CAN CONTROL AND CREATE LIGHT AT WILL. PRETTY COOL HUH?

ENEMIES ♔ WHILE SHE ISN'T JUDGMENTAL, AND LIKES TO GIVE EVERYONE A CHANCE, MAEVE ALSO TENDS TO HOLD GRUDGES, AND IT TAKES HER A LOT TO FORGIVE SOMEONE WHO REALLY HURT HER. ACTUALLY, IT'S LIKELY THAT SHE'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HARM HER FRIENDS. SHE'S NOT THE TYPE OF GIRL TO PICK A FIGHT, BUT SHE CAN CERTAINLY HOLD HER OWN IF SHE HAS TO - NEVER START A FIGHT, ALWAYS END IT - SHE KIND OF STICKS TO THAT. FRIENDS ♔ WELL, BASED ON THE TIME SHE'S BEEN AT SILAS, I'M THINKING SHE'LL HAVE QUITE A FEW. MAEVE IS A FAIRLY FRIENDLY PERSON, THOUGH SHE MIGHT SEEM QUIET AT FIRST. WELL, SHE IS QUIET, BUT MOSTLY BECAUSE SHE SEES NO POINT IN SMALL TALK - SHE PRETTY MUCH SUCKS AT IT - SO IF SHE DOESN'T HAVE GOOD REASONS TO TALK, SHE WON'T TALK MUCH. SHE'S HAD A COUPLE OF BOYFRIENDS IN THE PAST, BUT ALL IN ALL, SHE JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO KEEP A RELATIONSHIP - NOT EVEN IF HER LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. SHE'S A BIT AFRAID OF COMMITMENT, I GUESS. OKAY, MAKE THAT A LOT XD SO, I GUESS A COUPLE OF EXES WOULD BE NICE, AND MAYBE A FRIEND WITH BENEFITS? I DUNNO REALLY.

hmmm, that would depend on the prank itself, cause mae might end up laughing it off xD but in case she doesn't, i think she'd see nikki as 'that annoying girl' and probably be all like 'ew, go away' and stuff. i make no sense at all

FRIENDS FRIENDS FRIENDS!!! I think Mae is the type of girl that Alex would easily get along with since she is friendly and Alex likes to make friends with pretty much anyone she can. I noticed that Mae also has an a-MAE-zing sense of style so I'm sure Alex would love to go on shopping adventures with Mae in Willowbrook

Jackie and Mae

Hehe... Usually this would be easy, since Jackie hates all girls. But Jackie is supposed to eventually become "friends" (sort of) with Shiloh, but I don't see how that would work if Jackie and Mae are at each other's throats.. But I think Jackie could "tolerate" her, since Mae is kind of quiet. Jackie just really can't stand the girls who never shut up. But Jackie is also inherently biting and sarcastic to pretty much everyone, so maybe when the two are around each other they could be standoffish with some sarcastic exchanges every now and then? XD

[Seth Turner]

Ryder & Mae
This two should be friends, I'm just saying! Both of them are blunt and sarcastic, which is perfect in my opinion, and I think they'd get along well enough. Ryder is also going to be friends with Alex and since Ryder's friends are usually guys because she's a tomboy, I'm thinking that Alex and Mae might try and convince her to act like a girl once in awhile. (like dragging her shopping with them, or fixing her up on a date, or trying to get past Ryder's denial that a guy might like her) Which Ryder would definitely hate but she'd love them all the same. She takes everything in stride with just a touch (okay, more than that) of sarcasm. They'd be a funny trio :3

Seth & Mae
Uh…. I see bad things in their future. No joke. Seth is a complete jerk who uses people to get whatever it is he wants. He's also addicted to his power, so he has a hard time not absorbing someone's power, since he gets withdrawals if he goes long enough. Now, we could go several different routes with these two. 1. He could just be a jerk and insult her, or flirt with her in an utterly demeaning way. 2. He could absorb her power and literally hurt her (D:) 3. Well… you mentioned she had rough luck with boyfriends and is more likely to have exes and friends with benefits? Seth would really be up for either, assuming he met her in one of his more decent moods. We could give them a past and say they 'dated', though Seth would probably never call it that, and he ended up hurting her which leads up back to her holding grudges, or we could have them be a no commitment friends with benefits, where they may not even like each other very much. I don't really care if you nix all of these, I just think we could have some interesting plotting between these two ^-^

oooh, i like that. so, the two of them would be kind of friends, with a lot of sarcastic bickering in between. though i think that eventually mae might take a liking towards jackie. i mean, even though she likes to dress up and go shopping and all that jazz, mae isn't really that girly. so that might work? pfff, i have no idead what i'm saying.

izzy aproves that idea xD though you guys are making mae seem a lot more girly that she is (or am i the one doing that?). in any case, i think mae would definitely tag along in a mall trip to get ryder more in touch with her feminine side. they'd be an awesome trio indeed

so, here's what crossed my mind, maybe the two of them dated for a while, but then seth used his powers on her (unintentionally or not) and she got really hurt. so now she hates him and wants to rip his head of whenever she sets her eyes on him. *pets angry mae* i think this would work perfectly xD
