she is in desperate need of friends she has always been treated as an outcast in all situations which she doesn't help she believes all the stuff that was said about her before she came her like that she is a freak and a monstrosity and shouldn't be allowed to live she has tried in the past to kill herself so she needs people to be nice to her

Enemies
it takes alot for her to make someone her enemy but once they on the list she will treat them like the plague and react accordinally (ooc not advised to try and make her your enemy she has a vindictive side)

Lovers
she isn't up for it but if someone can make her believe that she is loved then maybe plus it would take alot for her to see that

Dimitri & Luna

I think they would probably be good as friends. Both of them are quiet and both are used to being told that their gifts make them bad people. Mostly I think it would probably be just a really cute friendship. And even better since Luna has empathy, she would know how awkward Mitri was feeling.

yeah that would be cool plus i saw on your plot page about it would have to be slow for him to get a girlfriend maybe we can develop the shy friendship into falling for each other
