Oya’s powers are insect mimicry. Her mimicry is her insect wings on her back and her stingers that come out of her wrist. Her stingers can paralyze someone for about 15 minutes.

History »

Oya was born into a slightly rich middle class family in Lima Ohio.She was born to a very loving famly thus her being such a loving and friendly girl who always looks for the upside of most things. She did good in most of her classes but secretly didn’t do her homework but cheated off people.

Her insect wing didn’t appear until her 14 birthday in which it was very painful processes having the wings grow off of her back was as painful as she described it to her freaked out parents. ”Like having a elephant rip out of your back.” Her parents were less calm then she was on the subject of her powers. She on the other hand looked on the upside, like maby she thought she’d get out of school for it.

The day after her birthday her parent researched all over the internet.They took her to every doctor. Until they were informed of Silas Academy by a doctor. He told her parents that the school was full of kids just like Oya. Immediately after the doctor’s visit her parents packed Oya’s bags kissed her and told her that they loved her and that they’d visit as often as they could. They cried a river of tears as they hugged each other before her parents left her at Silas Academy.
